Loyalty Rewards Program

* Points must be redeemed within two months of reaching 100 points. 

  1. Frequent Fresh Award cards always remain the property of Schinella’s Your Local Market.
  2. Schinella’s Your Local Market reserves the right to exclude Frequent Fresh Award Bonus points from any sale or special offers by Schinella’s Your Local Market.
  3. Point redemption must be made at point of sale during purchase following the sale in which sufficient redemption points are attained (100 points minimum).
  4. Frequent Fresh Award points must be accumulated at least once within any three month period or existing points will be erased (excludes any card holder eligible for reward point redemption at the next purchase).
  5. Schinella’s Your Local Market staff are not eligible for membership.
  6. Frequent Fresh Award bonus offers are subject to change from time to time without notice. All due care and effort will be taken to keep all members informed of changes.
  7. No points are earned on products purchased using bonus card points.
  8. In the event of Frequent Fresh Award Bonus points records being lost through any means whether the fault of Schinella’s Your Local Market or any other party, all existing points in question will be cancelled and Schinella’s Your Local Market will not be held responsible.
  9. It is cardholders responsibility to notify Schinella’s Your Local Market of any change to contact details.
  10. In the event of a lost card, members should notify Schinella’s Your Local Market. Schinella’s Your Local Market will not be responsible for redemptions that are made on cards without the knowledge of the rightful cardholder.
  11. Cards are to be used only by the person matching the name on the card, Schinella’s Your Local Market reserves the right to request identifications to ensure a card is used by the rightful cardholder.
  12. Trade customers are not eligible for participation in the Frequent Fresh Award Bonus offer.
  13. Schinella’s Your Local Market reserves the right to withhold reward points and remove members not following the above Terms & Conditions.
  14. Your bonus card must be available at a point of sale, otherwise this will result in non-accumulation of points.

Competitions / Promotions online and in-store              

  1. Multiple entries within the same week by the same person will be invalid unless specified otherwise in competition instructions.
  2. Competitions are open to all residents of South Australia.
  3. All prizes must be claimed in store and collected within seven days of being announced.
  4. Winners must contact the store with a date and collection time.
  5. We reserve the right to redraw if prize has not been collected within the seven days allocated. 
  6. No cash or goods alternatives to prizes will be available.
  7. Produce may vary depending on availability.
  8. Employees, owners (including immediate relatives) or anyone connected to the organisation and competition are not eligible to enter.
  9. Entrants must follow instructions as per Schinella’s Facebook, Instagram or In-store notices relevant to current promotion.
  10. No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  11. The promoter may use the winner’s name and/or image in any other promotional or social media material.
  12. Winner’s names may be published on both Facebook and Instagram.
  13. Winners will be chosen at random by entry names or social media tags via online software.

Delivery Policy

We deliver from Monday to Friday in South Australia only. All orders are freshly packed and dispatched for timely delivery. Delivery lead time will vary depending upon your location.
Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Whilst all endeavours are made to deliver by the date requested, Schinella’s Your Local Markets takes no responsibility for goods that are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Due to courier routes, daily demand and traffic specific delivery times can only be our best estimate.

Late delivery does not constitute a failure on behalf of Schinella’s Your Local Markets and does not entitle cancellation of an order.

While all care is taken Schinella’s Your Local Markets takes no responsibility for goods that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery has taken place.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all delivery information is correct.

Non delivery due to inaccurate information or unforeseen circumstances will be charged as per the agreed prices.

Goods requiring re-direction to an alternative address will incur an additional delivery charge. Futile delivery due to an inability to gain access to the premises resulting in a new delivery will incur an additional delivery fee.

While we take enormous care, Schinella’s Your Local Markets takes no responsibility for goods that are lost, damaged or stolen after delivery has taken place.

Any re-deliveries that occur due to incorrect address details, or if the recipient is unavailable for delivery, will incur an additional delivery fee.

A multiple item is more than one item delivered to the same person at the same address at the same time.

All prices include GST. All items prices are in Australian Dollar and processed in Australian Dollars.

All cancellations must be received no later than 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the items have left our premises.
